Last minute ordered an arrangement for a sudden death in the family. Ordered at 1130 and was assured they would be delivered. THATS unheard of. So appreciate for them being able to take the flowers when I’m stuck at work and can’t be there. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement which is gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. 10/10 recommend.

Site was easy to use and Cynthia called me immediately to inform me that the particular arrangement I chose on the website was not available due to it being more seasonal. She was very helpful and confident she could create something comparable for a very special family member of mine that was in the hospital. I ordered mid afternoon and even though it seemed late to me, the arrangement was created and delivered on the same day. It really made her day to receive them and I have to say, Cynthia did an outstanding job and her communication was perfect. I live two hours away but a lot of my family live in the area, I will not hesitate to use Cynthia and Cottage Florist again. Another amazing thing about this business, Cynthia sent me a photo via text to show me the arrangement that was created AND sent a text letting me know the bouquet had been delivered. This is what I call above and beyond service! Thank you Cynthia!!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience with ordering! The online form was incredibly easy and I appreciated the florist’s communication. The arrangement for my grandmothers 80th birthday was beautiful!

Let me tell you ! Cynthia did an amazing job, helping us make a loved one feel really special !! She took my idea and ran with it and came out with a beautiful arrangement … and yes, there were tears shed when our loved one got her delivery ! 🥹🥹 thank you so much Cynthia and I have most definitely found my “Forever Florist” you can NOT go wrong getting your flowers 💐 here !

Cynthia was the best to work with. I had to call and place the order from out of state (for a local gift) and Cynthia talked me through the best floral options available and even texted me photos of the vases and baskets to choose from. The arrangement was ready for pickup the same day I placed the order (and right before the Easter holiday!!). I will definitely place another order soon.

Cynthia is a delight to work with, and her flower arrangements are stunning! She was able to put together a gorgeous arrangement for next day delivery for a birthday and took effort to add extra special touches. I had fun talking about my options with her, and love that she sent a photo for me to preview and enjoy before the delivery- first time a florist has done that and highlights her love of her work and care for her customers. Highly recommend!!

Cynthia was absolutely wonderful to work with. Being from out of state, I searched florists in the area with good reviews. I completely understand why they have so many wonderful reviews. Cynthia put together a beautiful arrangement and sent photos via text message. I have ordered flowers from out of town/state on multiple occasions and never encountered this service before. I highly recommend this florist—great communication and beautiful bouquets!

Cynthia at Cottage Florist did an amazing job on my Mother's spray for her funeral service. Going through a difficult time, it was hard to come up with exactly what we wanted. I just told her the colors and flowers she liked, and Cynthia was able to take that and come up with the most beautiful spray. I could tell she took great care and put a lot of thought into it. My mother would have loved it. I would definitely recommend her for any of your floral needs.

I live out of state but have family living near Hendersonville. I was able to call Cynthia at Cottage Florist who created a beautiful bouquet with very little notice. Thank you for being willing to work with me over the telephone. I highly recommend Cottage Florist.
